Booking Terms & Conditions for Bring The Action Sports

These Booking Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement governing all reservations made with Bring The Action Sports L.L.C-FZ. By booking any activity, including individual lessons, group classes, camps, rentals, or competitions, you irrevocably agree to comply with these terms. These terms define the booking process, payment obligations, cancellation and refund policies, and participant responsibilities. All bookings are subject to these enforceable conditions and the Terms & Conditions of Bring The Action Sports, which remain applicable under UAE law.

1. Booking Process

  • Bookings must be made via our official website, mobile app, or at our designated centers.

  • All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Once confirmed, bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

  • Bring The Action Sports reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking if the activity is fully booked or unavailable.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your or your child’s spot.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and online payment systems.

  • Prices for activities are as stated on the website and may be subject to change without prior notice.

3. Cancellation, Refunds & Rescheduling

  • No refunds or rescheduling options are available once a booking is confirmed, regardless of the reason for cancellation or inability to attend.

  • In the event that Bring The Action Sports cancels an activity due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, alternative dates or credits will be offered, but no refunds will be issued.

4. Liability Waiver

  • Participation in activities at Bring The Action Sports, whether by an adult or a minor, involves inherent risks.

  • All participants, both adults and minors, must sign a liability waiver before participating in any activities. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver on behalf of the child.

  • By signing the liability waiver, all participants (or their legal guardians) acknowledge that Bring The Action Sports is not responsible for any injury, accident, or loss at any time, whether during or after the activity.

  • Bring The Action Sports holds no responsibility for any injury, accident, or loss under any circumstances, including physical injury, property damage, or theft.

5. Equipment & Safety

  • All participants, including children and adults, must use the safety equipment provided or approved by Bring The Action Sports.

  • Failure to follow the safety instructions or wear appropriate safety gear may result in the participant being removed from the activity without a refund.

6. Health & Fitness

  • It is the responsibility of both adults and the parents/guardians of participating minors to ensure that participants are in good health and physically fit to engage in the activities.

  • Any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries should be disclosed to Bring The Action Sports before booking.

7. Parental Responsibility

  • Parents or legal guardians of minors must ensure their child follows the instructions and safety guidelines provided by Bring The Action Sports instructors.

  • Parents/guardians must be present or reachable during the activity in case of emergency.

8. Code of Conduct

  • All participants, whether minors or adults, are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and other participants.

  • Bring The Action Sports reserves the right to remove any participant, adult or child, who behaves in a manner deemed inappropriate or unsafe, without issuing a refund.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Bring The Action Sports values your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for booking purposes and improving our services. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Amendments

  • Bring The Action Sports reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and apply to all future bookings.

Final Acknowledgment

By booking an activity with Bring The Action Sports, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Booking Terms & Conditions, as well as the Terms & Conditions of Bring The Action Sports. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must refrain from making a booking.
