Our activities are specifically designed for children aged 3 to 15 years old. Participants under 18 years old must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian and meet all participation requirements outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

To participate, children must:

  • Be within the age range of 3 to 15 years old.

  • Be in good physical health and free from any medical conditions that could hinder safe participation.

  • Wear safety gear, including helmets, knee pads, and elbow pads, which we provide.

  • Have a parent or guardian sign the Liability Waiver and Release Agreement, which is mandatory and must be completed before any activity.

  • Providing helmets, knee pads, and elbow pads for all participants.

  • Supervision by certified instructors trained in basic first aid.

While we prioritize safety, participants must understand that extreme sports come with inherent risks, such as falls or collisions.

In case of an injury:

  • Our instructors will administer basic first aid on-site.

  • We will contact emergency medical services if necessary.

  • Medical costs are the responsibility of the participant’s parent or legal guardian.

All bookings are non-refundable and non-reschedulable under any circumstances, including failure to sign the mandatory Liability Waiver and Release Agreement.

  • For cancellations initiated by Bring The Action Sports, alternative dates or credits may be offered at our sole discretion, but refunds will not be issued.

  • Failure or refusal to sign the waiver will result in the cancellation of the booking, and no refunds, rescheduling, or credits will be provided.

12. Can Certificate Codes be used with other offers?

No, Certificate Codes:

  • Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

  • Are valid for 60 days from issuance and must be redeemed within this time frame.

13. Can I redeem a Certificate Code for cash or other activities?

No, Certificate Codes:

  • Hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or other payment forms.

  • Are specifically valid for BMX, Skateboard, Balance Bike and Scooter group lessons, subject to availability.

14. What happens if I lose my Certificate Code?

If a Certificate Code is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced or reissued. The participant is solely responsible for its safekeeping.

15. What happens if my child cannot attend their booked session?

Unfortunately, bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled under any circumstances. Please ensure your child can attend before confirming your booking.

16. What if Bring The Action Sports cancels an activity?

If we cancel an activity due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, we may offer:

  • An alternative date for the session.

  • A credit for future use.
    Refunds will not be issued.
